Soft Skill Seminar: “How to Enhance Cooperation Within Working Groups”

The upcoming BES online course focused on improving collaboration and meeting effectiveness within working groups engaged in Euro-Balkan market integration projects.
The course will be highly interactive and is designed as the first step in a long-term training process. Through practical tools and group discussions, participants will strengthen their communication and cooperation skills, with the goal of developing shared guidelines for running effective meetings.
