The discussion focused on identifying potential areas for collaboration, including joint research initiatives, policy dialogue platforms, academic exchanges, and capacity-building activities related to energy policy, European integration, and good governance. Acknowledging the complementary nature of their expertise and networks, the Balkan Energy School (BES) and the College of Europe in Tirana expressed strong mutual interest in establishing a long-term partnership that would contribute to the development of a well-informed and engaged professional community in the Western Balkans.
